USA TN Visa Requirements
I am applying for my TN Visa to work in the U.S. Can my girlfriend of 6 years come with me?
Answer:
Possibly. I you want your girlfriend to simply visit you, she can come occassionally on a tourist visa. To have her live with you in the U.S. you will need to get at least a civil marriage and she can obtain the TD Visa.
