For hotel manager, it says you need 3 years of experience to qualify for the TN1 Visa. Do you still need 3 years of experience even though your job may only require one or two years?
Answer:
You can must have what is required by NAFTA first and foremost. You can have either a degree in hotel management or a diploma/certificate in hotel management with 3 years experience.
Beware, if the job does not require a professional with this amount of experience, it may not qualify under NAFTA.
